So what DO I Inspect?
A professional Home Inspection gives you an impartial and unbiased view of any and all problems the home may have. This is so you have all the facts you need to make a sound, informed decision.
Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will usually take no more than four hours, normally only between two and three hours. I recommend you to accompany me during the inspection so I can address any questions you may have about the home. I take my inspection reports very seriously. Every inspection is a generated using State-of-the-Art Home Inspection software that includes narration and pictures so that you will have visual reinforcement with your written report.

My thorough Home Inspection will include, but not limited to:

Interior - Floors and ceilings, walls, stairs (if applicable) and banisters, finishes, cabinets, sinks, shelving, built-in appliances, and other visible interior-related components, smoke detectors and safety-related items.

Exterior - Siding materials, attachments, windows, doors, sashes and lintels, vents, entryways, and other visible exterior related components.

Roof - Shingles, flashings, chimneys, vents, trim and gutters, drip edges, skylights, downspouts, and other visible roof related items.

Electrical Systems - Service entry and clearances, service panel, switches and outlets, visible wiring and junction boxes, grounding system, and other related electrical components.

Plumbing Systems - Water pressure, water distribution system, hose bibs, sinks and faucets, bath/showers and toilets, sanitary system, and other plumbing system components.

Heating & Cooling Systems - Furnace, air cleaning parts, ductwork, air conditioner and lines, electronic monoxide testing(if requested), electric gas sniffer testing(if requested) and other visible related HVAC components.

Appliances - Built-ins, refrigerator ranges, vent hoods, garbage disposals, washers and dryers.
