Types of Inspections I offer

77% of all recent home buyers obtained a home inspection prior to the purchase of their new home and 97% of these home buyers believe the service was a good value for the price.
-
Buyer's Inspection - This is what most people think of when they think "Home Inspection". You're buying a home, and you want to know what's good about it, and what's not so good. It's all about buyer's awareness, knowing your potential home's kinks and special features inside and out before you sign.
-
Seller Inspection - This is just like a buyer's Inspection, except it's for someone selling their home. This is an excellent marketing tool for you as a home seller. This inspection alerts you to any major defects, or problems in your current home. This is useful as those problems can be repaired before a potential buyer even sets foot inside.
-
Walk-Through Inspection - A Walk-Through Inspection is appropriate if you have not signed any contract for the home. It is a visual inspection only with no written report. Because there is no report, I encourage you to be ready to ask questions and to take notes.
-
Home Warranty Inspection - If you have recently had a home built for you, generally your builder gives a 1-year warranty. My Home Warranty Inspection is designed to be performed in last few months of that year to ensure any problems that may have arisen over the first year will be taken care of by your builder warranty.
The purchase of a home will most likely be the largest, and most stressful investment you will ever make. It's important to learn as much as you can about the condition of the home before you finalize your purchase. My job is to make this process easier on you and to educate you on the home before you purchase or sell. so Before you sign on the dotted line.....
Please, let me help you
